2015 End of Course Exams

Dear Parents/Guardians:
Green City R-1 Students in 9 -12th Grades will be taking the End of Course Exams on May 7th, 8th and 11th. Testing will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day. It is important that once a class has started testing that students are allowed to complete that portion of the assessment before leaving. All tests are taken on a computer and have to completed before school ends that day.
The Missouri Assessment Program assesses students’ progress toward mastery of the Show-Me Standards which are the educational standards in Missouri. The Missouri Assessment Program includes required End-of-Course assessments in the subject areas of Algebra I, Biology, and English II.
During this period it is important that your student receives the proper amounts of sleep and starts the day off with a hearty breakfast. If you know that your student will be absent for any reason please let us know ahead of time so we can schedule a make up testing period.
