Internet Safety

The school year is in full swing and we are focuing on Internet Safety in the elementary computer classes.  During this time we have focused on staying safe on and off line.  Check with your child to see if they know their Netsmartz!

Children should take the following steps to be safe:

1. Check First!  -To see if they are allowed on the computer or before they go somewhere!

2.  Never share personal information on the Internet! -examples: birthdate, telephone number, address, name.)

3. Tell an adult. -If anything makes them feel sad, scared, or confused.
