Flu Shots for Students Grade 5-12
Students in grades 5-12 will have the opportunity to participate in a flu shot clinic offered by the Sullivan County Health Deparment. Flu shots for students will be given at the school on Tuesday, Oct. 5. Below are links to information about the flu shot clinic as well as the parental consent form that must completed. Parental consent forms are due back to the school by Monday, Sept. 9.
