Students are rewarded for positive behaviors in class like completing warm-ups, helping other students, or having a positive attitude. Students can use their rewards on abilities that can be as simple as opening the window or as big as getting their group an extra day to do an assignment. 6th Grade

Wow! Time flies when you are having fun! I cannot believe that the first quarter is coming to an end. The sixth graders, for the past few weeks, have been busy preparing for their last School of Economics trip with the fourth and fifth graders. They had a great time! Reading in Kindergarten

We are about to start a new month and while it may seem early, we are off to a great start with reading and pre-reading skills in Kindergarten! Students are working hard to memorize our sight words, "read the pictures", and identify letters and their sounds. All of these skills will lead us to more reading, but in the meantime we are practicing reading with just our sight words and pictures. We have many exciting ways to practice our letters and names, listen to reading, and work on our sight words! Enjoy the pictures from an average day of reading practice in Kindergarten!
