GREEN CITY R-1 HIGH SCHOOL

DAILY BULLETIN

Announcements:

  • Seniors please make sure you check your email at least weekly!  Important information is being sent to you!

  • Please keep a positive lunch balance.  If you owe money, you will not be allowed to have extras.

  • There is a bin located outside the HS gym.  You may donate clothing and toys you are no longer using, as well as, nonperishable food and hygiene products.

  • Cadet teachers see Mrs. Gordon for your next teaching assignment.  It is due Dec. 17th.  

  • All Seniors please meet in the library TODAY during first lunch shift.

  • All Juniors please meet in the library Friday during first lunch shift.

  • All chromebooks & chargers need to be returned at the end of the day if using them within the building and, first thing the next morning if they’ve been signed out for the night or weekend.

  • Anyone interested in being on the JH or HS Academic Team - sign up on Mrs. Gordon’s door by Wed., Dec 11th.

  • FFA:

    • Popcorn shift signup is on the bulletin board outside Mr. Davis’s room.

    • You must sign up for at least one shift.

    • Working more than 1 shift will enter you in a drawing to win a $25 Casey’s gift card. (Homecoming and Senior night will count as 2 entries.)

    • The student with the most shifts worked will win a $25 Casey’s gift card.

    • Signing up for a shift and not working it will count against your total shifts worked.

Lunch:

  • Today’s menu - mcrib on bun, baked beans, tri taters, pears, salad bar

  • Tomorrow’s menu - hamburger on bun, french fries, broccoli, banana pudding

Did you know?

  • This equals that - on average, the length of your foot is the about the same length as your forearm; your eyes are separated by a distance of one eye’s width & your height is about equal to the length of your arm span, middle fingertip to middle fingertip with arms outstretched.
